This modernized old factory building with two floors offers a balanced mix of ultra-modern elements and charming playfulness.
The entrance is designed with a modern high-quality wood paneling, the doors open synchronously.
Inside there are two modern floors. The floors are made of concrete. Likewise, the staircase to the second floor. The railing and handrail are made of steel and have an ultra-modern light design.
Both floors are flooded with light through large factory windows. Once night falls, the interior is illuminated by two invisible lamps.
The building has many classic copper elements, such as the roof, the rain drains and various design elements. The copper elements as a contrast to the highly modern design elements provide a well-rounded charming playfulness.

When creating our objects, we make sure that the Land Impact is as low as possible, but the LOD is always kept in focus. All our objects should look good from a distance even with medium graphics settings and the original SL client.
